Privacy Policy

Beevalor (“we”, “us”) operates the Beevalor mobile app and beevalor.com. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you create an account, buy coins, or redeem rewards.

Information we collect

• Account: email, password (stored by Firebase Authentication), display name, birthday (optional), and country.
• Payments: mobile number and account name used at checkout. Card number, expiry, and CVC are entered on PayHere’s secure checkout. Beevalor does not receive or store full card details.
• Rewards: recipient mobile number and optional notes when you redeem reload, mCash, or similar items.
• App activity: coin balance, purchases, redemptions, game progress, and support messages.
• Device & security: sign-in timestamps and basic diagnostics needed to run the service.

How we use information

• To create and secure your account
• To process coin purchases through PayHere and credit coins
• To fulfil reward redemptions in Sri Lanka
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate charges
• To provide customer support and improve the product

We do not sell your personal information.

Payment processing

Card payments are processed by PayHere (PayCorp (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka). PayHere may collect billing details required to complete the transaction under its own privacy policy. We receive payment status, order ID, amount, and the customer details needed to credit your account.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Hosting) to operate Beevalor. These providers process data on our instructions to deliver the service.

Retention

We keep account, purchase, and redemption records for as long as your account is active and as needed for accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your account; some transaction records may be retained where the law requires.

Your choices

You can update your display name and country in Account Settings. To correct other data, close your account, or ask what we hold, email support@beevalor.com.

Children

Beevalor is not directed at children under 13. Coin purchases must be made by a parent, guardian, or other authorised adult where the account holder is a minor.

Security

We use industry-standard authentication and never ask you to send card numbers to Beevalor by email or chat. No method of transmission is completely secure; please keep your password confidential.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change, and the current version will always be at beevalor.com/privacy.
