These terms govern your use of the Beevalor mobile app and beevalor.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or buying coins you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Beevalor is a Sri Lankan puzzle and IQ games service. You can play in the mobile app, buy in-app coins on this website, and redeem coins for rewards such as mobile reload, mCash, and gift vouchers delivered in Sri Lanka.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• One person should use one account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud, or automation.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Coins

• Coins are a virtual balance for use only on Beevalor. They are not legal tender, a stored-value account, or a cryptocurrency.
• Coins have no cash value except as described in our official redeem catalogue.
• Pack prices are shown in LKR inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.
• Coins may be earned in the app or purchased on this website. Bonus or promotional coins may have extra conditions.

Payments

Website coin purchases are paid through PayHere (Visa / Mastercard and other methods PayHere enables). You authorise PayHere to charge the selected amount. Coins are credited after PayHere confirms a successful payment to Beevalor. Card details are entered on PayHere’s checkout, not on Beevalor’s servers.

Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Rewards

Redeeming coins deducts the published coin cost. Processing may take up to 24 hours (often sooner). You must provide a valid Sri Lankan mobile number where a reload or wallet transfer requires one. Beevalor is not a bank, telco, or e-money issuer; partners fulfil reload, mCash, and voucher deliveries.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Attempt to cheat, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Interfere with other players or our systems
• Use stolen payment instruments
• Resell coins or rewards except through Beevalor’s own redeem flow

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Games, packs, and rewards may change. We may refuse a purchase or redemption where we reasonably suspect fraud or a terms breach.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Sri Lankan law, Beevalor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by PayHere, banks, mobile operators, or other third parties. Our total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes will be handled in Sri Lanka, without limiting any non-waivable consumer rights you may have.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the new terms. The current version is at beevalor.com/terms.
