Return & Refund Policy

Beevalor sells digital in-app coins through beevalor.com. Payments are processed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) by PayHere. This policy explains when a return or refund is available.

What you are buying

Coin packs are digital goods. After PayHere confirms a successful payment, coins are credited to your Beevalor account. There is no physical product to ship or return.

When we refund

We will refund the amount paid (or re-credit coins) if:

• PayHere charged you but coins were not added to your account within 24 hours of a successful payment.
• You were charged more than once for the same coin pack (duplicate transaction).
• The charge was unauthorised, and you report it promptly with supporting details.
• We cancel an order before coins are credited.

When we do not refund

• Change of mind after coins have been credited to your account.
• Coins already spent in the Beevalor app or redeemed for mobile reload, mCash, gift vouchers, or other rewards that have been processed or delivered.
• Failed or cancelled PayHere checkouts where no payment was taken.
• Account restrictions caused by a breach of our Terms & Conditions.

How to request a refund

Email support@beevalor.com within 14 days of the payment. Include:

• The email address on your Beevalor account
• PayHere order ID or payment date and amount
• Mobile number used at checkout
• A short description of the problem

We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned through PayHere to the original payment method. Banks may take 7–14 business days to show the credit.

Reward redemptions

Redeeming coins for reload, mCash, or gift cards is a separate fulfilment request. Once a redemption is completed, it cannot be reversed. If a redemption stays pending and is not fulfilled, contact support and we will restore the coins or complete the reward.
